Item 2.01                                           Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On July 1, 2015, Nortech Systems Incorporated completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Devicix, LLC (“Devicix”) upon the terms and conditions contained in an Asset Purchase Agreement entered into on July 17, 2015, by and among Devicix, Peter M. DeLange as shareholder of Devicix, and Nortech, which was previously described in Nortech’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on June 18, 2015, which description is incorporated herein by this reference.
