Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 1, 2015, Vectren Corporation (the Company) announced the appointment of Naveed Mughal to the position of Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations. Naveed will begin his new duties with Vectren on July 13, 2015. He will replace Robert Goocher who announced his retirement earlier this year to take effect August 3, 2015. A copy of the press release containing more information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
