On July 1, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company elected Lizabeth H. Zlatkus to the Board of Directors. Ms. Zlatkus will also serve as a director on the Board of Boston Private Bank & Trust Company (the “Bank”). Ms. Zlatkus will serve as a member of the Company and the Bank Audit and Finance, and Wealth Management / Trust and Investment Committees.
There is no arrangement or understanding between Ms. Zlatkus and any other persons pursuant to which she was selected as a director.
