Oswego, New York (June 30, 2015) - Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. announced the retirement of its Vice President, Controller, Richard Jablonka, effective August 31, 2015. Mr. Jablonka has been with Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. since 2011.
The Controller position will be filled by Lisa A. Kimball, who is currently the Company's Vice President, Internal Audit Manager. Ms. Kimball has been with the company since 1998 and has always been a part of the internal audit function. Ms. Kimball possesses a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the State University of New York College at Oswego.

Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. is the bank holding company of Pathfinder Bank, a New York chartered savings bank headquartered in Oswego, New York. The Bank has nine full service offices located in its market areas consisting of Oswego and Onondaga County. Presently, the only business conducted by Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. is the 100% ownership of Pathfinder Bank and Pathfinder Statutory Trust I.
