Other Events. |
On January 29, 2015, Sophiris Bio Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that the consolidated closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had been below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days and that the Company was therefore not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market, as set forth in Marketplace Rule 5450(a)(1).
On June 11, 2015, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq which stated that the Company’s closing bid price for its common stock was greater than $1.00 per share for the last 10 consecutive days, from May 27, 2015 to June 10, 2015. Accordingly, the Company had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The Nasdaq now considers this matter closed.
