Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective June 8, 2015, Jose Montes resigned as sole officer and director of the company. There was no known disagreement with Mr. Montes on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
On June 8, 2015, our board of directors appointed Mike Gilliland to serve as sole officer and director of the company.
