Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 4, 2015, Cyberonics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 24, 2015. The Company will conduct a conference call today, June 4, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. E.T., during which the Company will discuss the financial results. Additionally, a related slide presentation will be available on the Company’s website at www.cyberonics.com no later than 8:00 a.m. E.T. today. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 on this Current Report on Form 8-K.
