Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 1, 2015, Mr. Michael Lee’s two year assignment as Chief Operating Officer - Philippines of SITEL Worldwide Corporation (the “Company”) ended pursuant to the terms of his Expatriate Assignment Agreement, dated May 7, 2013. Mr. Lee will return to the United States and will assume a new role within the Company. In connection with his new role, Mr. Lee executed an offer letter setting forth the terms of his new position, including salary, bonus and severance. The offer letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
