Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 31, 2014, Vectrus filed a Current Report on Form 8-K in connection with the notice of award for the Thule Air Base (AB) Maintenance Contract for $411 million.
Subsequent to the award, protests were filed with the Court of Federal Claims.
On May 28, 2015, the United States Court of Federal Claims entered a judgment in connection with the protests of the award. The judgment ordered that the award is set aside, and the Air Force is enjoined from proceeding with the contract.  Additionally, Vectrus received a notice from the Air Force to stop work on the contract.
This development does not change  the 2015 guidance issued by Vectrus on May 6, 2015.
This information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure and shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act or incorporated by reference into any filing under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
