Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the "Company") filed on May 28, 2015 (the "Original Filing") is being filed to revise the Original Filing in its entirety to correct inadvertent technical errors made in uploading the form to the SEC website that caused certain date references to be incorrect in the Original Filing. This amended Form 8-K reflects the form that was intended to be uploaded.
Unless indicated otherwise, the disclosures in this Amendment No. 1 continue to describe conditions as of the date of the Original Filing, and the disclosures contained herein have not been updated to reflect events, results or developments that have occurred after the Original Filing, or to modify or update those disclosures affected by subsequent events.
