Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 28, 2015, Envivio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the first quarter ended April 30, 2015 and intends to present additional information during a related conference call to be held on May 28, 2015. The press release and conference call contain forward-looking statements regarding the Company and include cautionary statements identifying important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
