YuMe, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 22, 2015 (the “Annual Meeting”) in Mountain View, California. At the Annual Meeting, the Company stockholders voted on 2 proposals which are described in the Company’s Proxy Statement dated April 2, 2015, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Regulation 14A under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
