On May 11, 2015, The ExOne Company issued a press release relating to a delay in the filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and affirming its previously-announced guidance for 2015. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
