Item 8.01 — Other Events.
On May 5, 2015, QuantumSphere, Inc. (the “Registrant”), announced commercial validation of its proprietary nano iron catalyst (Product Name: FeNIX™) in a production-scale ammonia plant in China. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
