Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 27, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a Share Exchange Agreement by which it will acquire not less than 90% voting control over Click Evidence Inc., of Tucson, Arizona, in exchange for up to 1,796,571,210 shares of the Registrant’s common stock. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
