Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 20, 2015, Franklin Covey Co. (the Company) acquired 269,890 shares of its common stock for $5.1 million. The purchase was made pursuant to the terms of the Company’s previously announced share buyback program that was approved initially at $10.0 million on January 23, 2015 and expanded to $40.0 million on March 27, 2015. Through April 20, 2015, the Company has purchased 358,849 shares of its common stock for $6.7 million under the terms of its current authorized common stock buyback program.
