(b) On Wednesday April 15, 2015, Connecture, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing changes in leadership roles to support the growth of the Company. David A. Sockel, previously the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer, was appointed to the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and William Spehr joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Sockel’s appointment and Mr. Spehr’s hiring were effective April 13, 2015.
The press release announcing the changes in leadership roles is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
