Our firm prepared independent technical reports, completed in 2009, 2012, and 2014 (the “Technical Reports”), concerning the Mt. Hamilton project currently owned by Mt. Hamilton LLC of Wheat Ridge, Colorado (“MH-LLC”) a controlled subsidiary of Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp. (“Solitario”). Portions of the Technical Reports are contained, summarized or referenced in this Annual Report on Form 10-K of Solitario (the “Form 10-K”) for the year ended December 31, 2014, to be filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
