On March 31, 2015 (Japan Standard Time) Acucela Inc. announced that its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, previously scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2015 at 1:00PM (Pacific Daylight Time) for shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015, will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Acucela’s headquarters in Seattle, Washington at 2:00PM (Pacific Daylight Time) for shareholders of record as of April 20, 2015.
The date of the meeting was moved to provide enough time to incorporate the results of the special shareholders meeting on May 1, 2015 into the proxy materials.
