The Company held its Annual Meeting on March 24, 2015.  A total of 46,781,399 shares of Common Stock, representing approximately 93% of the shares outstanding and eligible to vote and constituting a quorum, were represented in person or by valid proxies at the Annual Meeting.  The final results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows:

At its meeting held on March 24, 2015, the Company's Board of Directors declared that the Company will pay a regularly quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on Friday, April 24, 2015 to stockholders of record on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
