Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) Jessica Baron’s decision to resign from her position within the next few months or until the company identifies her permanent successor. Ms. Baron will continue to direct Hercules’s finance activities as CFO until her departure date. The Company is in the process of conducting a national search for a new CFO and expects to announce a succession plan on or before her departure date.
Ms. Baron has served as Hercules’ CFO since June 2011. She joined Hercules in 2006 and served in various roles within the company’s finance group, prior to her promotion to CFO. Any unvested awards granted to Ms. Baron will cease to vest on her departure date.
