On March 18, 2015, Columbia Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the financial results for the three-month and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2014, entitled “Columbia Laboratories Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2014 Financial Results” (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
