On March 6, 2015, Tribune Media Company (the “Company”) released earnings information for the three and twelve months ended December 28, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The slide presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 will be presented on March 6, 2015 in connection with the earnings call for the three and twelve months ended December 28, 2014 and may be used by the Company in various other presentations to investors.
