Item 8.01 Other Information
On February 26, 2015, New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. (the “Company”) notified the trustee of its 13% Senior Secured Notes due 2018 (the “Notes”) that it had selected to pay interest on the Notes for the 12-month period commencing March 15, 2015 in the form of 7% cash payment and 6% payment in kind.
