Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 5, 2015 MercadoLibre, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.103 per share, payable to holders of the Company's common stock. This quarterly cash dividend will be paid on April 15, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015.
