The general partner (the “General Partner”) of CrossAmerica Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NYSE: CAPL), a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership, is owned and controlled by CST Brands, Inc. (“CST Brands”) (NYSE: CST), a publicly traded Delaware corporation.
On March 4, 2014, senior management of CST Brands will be presenting at the Raymond James 36th Annual Institutional Investors Conference in in Orlando, Florida. The slide presentation for the event, which includes information with respect to CST Brands and the Partnership, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and will be available on the Webcasts & Presentations page of the Partnership’s website at www.crossamericapartners.com.
