Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 2, 2015, in contemplation of discussions to be held among management, investors, and/or potential investors, Ascent Capital Group, Inc. (“Ascent”), the parent company of Monitronics International, Inc. (“Monitronics”), posted a slide presentation on Ascent’s website discussing Monitronics’ recent acquisition of LiveWatch Security, LLC. The slide presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
