Item 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On March 2, 2015, Glacier Bancorp, Inc., Kalispell, Montana announced the completion of the acquisition of Montana Community Banks, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Community Bank, Inc., effective February 28, 2015. The former branches of Community Bank, Inc. will continue to operate under the names, "Glacier Bank" and "First Security Bank, a division of Glacier Bank." The share consideration for the transaction was issued pursuant to a private placement.
