Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On February 27, 2015, Perceptron, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s completion of the previously announced acquisition of the coordinate measuring machine business of Coord3 Industries s.r.l. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit 99.1 is the press release relating to such announcement.
