Closing of IPO
On January 29, 2015, the board of directors of American Realty Capital Daily Net Asset Value Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) made the determination to allow the Company’s IPO to terminate in accordance with its terms. Accordingly, the Company’s primary offering will terminate on February 11, 2015. The Company will not seek to raise additional capital through a follow-on offering.
