Item 8.01. Other Events.
Plastipak Dispute
Healthways, Inc. (the "Company") has previously disclosed a contractual dispute with Plastipak Packaging, Inc. ("Plastipak"). On December 30, 2014, the Company disclosed in its Current Report on Form 8-K that in connection with the trial relating to this dispute, the parties had stipulated that the Court would render a judgment in favor of Plastipak of not less than $3 million and not more than $14 million. On February 4, 2015, the Court announced an award of $7.252 million in favor of Plastipak. The amount of the award will be included in the Company's financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
