Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets |

On January 29, 2015, a subsidiary of Murphy Oil Corporation (“Murphy Oil”) completed the sale of 10% of its oil and gas assets in Malaysia to PT Pertamina Malaysia Eksplorasi Produksi, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (collectively “Pertamina”). The Company had previously sold 20% of its Malaysian oil and gas assets to Pertamina on December 18, 2014. The Purchase and Sale Contract for these Malaysia assets was filed as Exhibit 2.1 to the Company’s Form 10-Q report for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2014. |
