On January 20, 2015, PrivateBancorp, Inc. announced that it has completed the sale of The PrivateBank branch in Norcross, Ga., to Heritage Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HBOS), the holding company for Heritage Bank of the South. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
