Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) has entered into settlement agreements with certain defendants in connection with the Bank’s private-label mortgage-backed securities litigation for the aggregate amount of $459 million (after netting certain legal fees and expenses) and, with respect to certain claims, an additional amount to be received by the Bank in the future.  The Bank’s litigation continues against various issuers, dealers and underwriters.  For additional information on the litigation, see “Part II. Item I. Legal Proceedings” in the Bank’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2014.
