The information set forth in this Item 2.02 of this Current Report and in Exhibit 99.1 is intended to be “furnished” under Item 2.02 of Form 8-K. On January 14, 2015, EnPro Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed certain qualitative information with respect to its results of operations for the three months ended December 31, 2014. The text of such disclosure is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein. The disclosure occurred during the question-and-answer portion of a publicly accessible telephone conference call, which was also webcast live on the Company’s website, which conference call was announced in a press release of the Company that included instructions as to when and how to join the telephone conference call and how to access the live webcast of the conference call on the Company’s website.
