As previously reported on our Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 26, 2014, on March 24, 2014, CMS Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation, commenced an action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Customers Bancorp, Inc.
On January 8, 2015, the parties have resolved the litigation on mutually acceptable terms.
