On January 7, 2015, Angel Zimmerman notified Sajan, Inc. (“the Company”) that she will retire from her position as Chief Operating Officer, effective upon the Company hiring a replacement. Ms. Zimmerman will serve as a full-time employee for a short time following the hiring of her replacement and thereafter as a non-employee in a consulting capacity for at least three months, acting as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and new Chief Operating Officer in order to assure an orderly transition of the Chief Operating Officer position. She also intends to continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors.
On January 7, 2015, the Company issued a press release regarding Ms. Zimmerman’s retirement. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
