Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On December 23, 2014, CrossAmerica Partners LP (the “Partnership”) and Tracy A. Derstine, the current Executive Vice President, Administration, of CrossAmerica GP LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of the Partnership, and a named executive officer of the General Partner, agreed that Ms. Derstine will resign as an officer of the General Partner effective December 31, 2014. There were no disagreements between the General Partner and Ms. Derstine on any matter relating to the General Partner’s operations, policies or practices.
