Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of
Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of
Certain Officers.
Scott Hurley, Unisys Corporation's Vice President and Corporate
Controller and principal accounting officer, will be leaving the company
effective January 31, 2015. Effective February 1, 2015, William M.
Reinheimer will act as the company's principal accounting officer until a
successor for Mr. Hurley is named.
Mr. Reinheimer, age 66, has been with the company since 1972 in a variety
of corporate accounting positions, serving most recently as director of
external reporting. Prior to joining Unisys, Mr. Reinheimer had been in
public accounting.
