SECTION 8 - OTHER EVENTS
Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 18, 2014, our board of directors approved an issue of 1,190,000 shares to a total of 33 subscribers who purchased shares of common stock at a price of $0.0075 per share in our initial public offering (the “Offering”). The Offering was made pursuant to our Registration Statement on Form S-1/A which became effective on November 25, 2014. We raised a total of $8,925 through the Offering, which was conducted by our sole officer and director, Misael Aguirre. The Offering is now closed.
We have committed to update the Prospectus as required by law and will continue to file all required reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission").
