On December 18, 2014, DuBose Ausley informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Huron Consulting Group Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not stand for re-election and will retire from the Board at the end of his current term, which expires as of the Company’s 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Ausley’s retirement is not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
