Item 5.02: Resignation of Director
On December 15, 2014, Robert C. Paul voluntarily resigned from Covisint Corporation’s (the “Company’s”) Board of Directors, effective immediately. There were no disagreements between Mr. Paul and the Company or any officer or director of the Company which led to Mr. Paul’s resignation. See Press Release dated December 15, 2014, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
