ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On December 16, 2014, Lucas Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on December 11, 2014, the NYSE MKT granted the Company an extension of the time period pursuant to which the Company is required to regain compliance under the NYSE MKT continued listing rules until January 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
