(b) On December 10, 2014, David A. Perdue informed the Chairman of the Boards of Directors (the “Boards”) of Alliant Energy Corporation, Interstate Power and Light Company and Wisconsin Power and Light Company that he will resign from the Boards effective on December 12, 2014. Mr. Perdue is resigning from the Boards prior to being sworn in to the United States Senate as a result of United States Senate protocol.
