Explanatory Note: This Form 8-K/A is being filed to include the missing signature of the Company's Chief Financial Officer on the Form 8-K as filed on December 2, 2014. No additional changes to the Form 8-K and the exhibit thereto, as originally filed, have been made.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 2, 2014, Northrim BanCorp, Inc. announced by press release that a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrim Bank, Northrim Capital Investments Co., has completed the acquisition of Residential Mortgage Holding Company, LLC, the parent company of Residential Mortgage, LLC. in a cash transaction.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
