On December 2, 2014, Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of its previously-announced transaction with Shenzhen O-Film Tech Co., LTD, and updating the Company’s revenue guidance for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2014.
