INFORMATION SERVICES GROUP DECLARES A SPECIAL DIVIDEND OF $0.14 PER SHARE

 

STAMFORD, Conn., December 2, 2014 — Information Services Group, Inc. (ISG) (NASDAQ: III), a leading technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company, said today its Board of Directors voted to declare a special dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company’s issued and outstanding shares of common stock. This cash dividend will be paid on January 28, 2015 to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2015.

 

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael P. Connors commented on the special dividend, “ISG is delivering on its strategic plan and this special dividend reflects our confidence in the future as we continue to focus on sustainable, long-term growth, margin expansion, free cash flow generation and delivering attractive returns to our shareholders. We believe that the fundamentals of our business and the industry overall remain strong and that our markets will continue to provide attractive growth opportunities for ISG.”
