On November 25, 2014 the Board of Directors of West End Indiana Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.06 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of December 10, 2014 and is expected to be paid on or about December 18, 2014.
A copy of the press release dated November 26, 2014 giving details associated with the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
