On November 25, 2014, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled “RPC, Inc. to Present at the Cowen and Company 4th Annual Ultimate Energy Conference” that announced a presentation RPC plans to make in New York on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. Eastern Time.
