On November 21, 2014, Kevin Hershberger notified NxStage Medical, Inc. (“NxStage”) that he was resigning from his position as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, effective December 31, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), to accept a position as Chief Financial Officer with another company.
As of the Effective Date, Matthew W. Towse, 52, who has served as NxStage’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2013, will assume the duties of the principal accounting officer of NxStage. Mr. Towse's biographical information is incorporated herein by reference to NxStage's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 26, 2013.
